“A large part of therapy is meeting people where they are at – and I deeply admire those who want to take the time to invest into becoming the best version of themselves. My approach is to meet you where you are and help uncover what prevents you from becoming the best version of yourself.

I utilize a trauma-informed approach. Our bodies carry our traumas, and I hope to help you minimize that trauma response so you genuinely can embrace your greatest potential and thrive as your most vulnerable self. I’m trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I specialize in Trauma, Grief, PTSD, Relationships, and Addictions.

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. Whether you are new to therapy, have been in therapy for years, or feel “stuck” in the spot you are at in life, join me. Allow me to help. It truly is my privilege to invest my time in you. Please reach out for a consultation and to schedule an appointment.”
